|
Location | Centre Strip next door to the Flamingo and over the road from Ballys.
Theme | Sort of turn of the century Victorian gaming saloon though I must admit the outside from Flamingo road looks a bit like a car park.
Attractions | Other than the worlds largest stained glassed mural "The Garden of Earthly Delights” this is a very small casino and therefore does not have space available to be used for fountains or volcanoes; just good old gambling space.
Shopping | I saw no evidence of any shops worth reporting here.
Dining | There is no buffet here but a very good though not particularly cheap coffee shop. There are two other more expensive restaurants. Oh nearly forgot, it also hosts a McDonalds.
Gaming | This is a small casino only 32,000 sq ft with only just over 500 slots, about 40 tables and 2 roulette wheels. There are a decent percentage of nickel machines and table minimums are only $3. However the casino is small dark and low roofed as a result it can often be very smoky.
Drinks Service | Not as good as it should be for a casino this size.
Best Thing | The low minimums for the location.
Worst Thing | Smoky atmosphere.
Overall | A small casino with a great location but not about to compete with the new 4000 room mega resorts.
